My interest in clinical pharmacy led me to launch the remote Medication Therapy Management program, helping patients manage complex regimens. Over time, I advanced to roles like Clinical Programs Specialist and now manage all clinical pharmacy services across five states. My advice to early-career associates is to develop public speaking and presentation skills. These abilities have been key to my growth and helped me seize opportunities for advancement.
