Position Details:
Title: Leadership Development Program (LDP)

Location:
Anywhere near 200 locations nationally. During the training period (first 52-54 weeks), you will rotate across typically 7 business locations (7 weeks at each site, you will be able to select your top 3 locations of 7 for this program). You MUST be geographically flexible and open to relocating throughout the LDP.
Upon completion of the LDP program, you will be permanently placed in a leadership position typically in one of the business units in which you did a rotation or one that best suits your development, growth, and Company’s business. Obviously, many factors come into play regarding location of your permanent placement (including your personal preference). With 200+ branches and corporate locations around the country, you will find that opportunities are numerous enough such that you will not have a hard time making a location work for you.

Compensation: First year overall compensation package of $115K, 2nd year overall compensation of $115-130K First year break down of compensation includes: $80K base first year + annual bonus profitability (historically 5-8% payout) + $15K placement bonus upon graduation + cost of living including meals, travel, lodging all paid during program (exception if rotating closer to home). Upon completion of program your base salary will increase to $85K -$110K based on location, branch, cost of living, position and placement, along with your bonus payout increase anywhere from 15-35%.

Position Summary: A Material Handler is responsible for the handling, storage, and movement of a variety of materials in a warehouse or production facility. Their role is critical to the supply chain and logistics, as they help move products from manufacturers to consumers. This company is willing to train!

Position Responsibilities:
• Checking in material delivered from vendors.
• Checking out material to our mechanical assembly team.
• Ensuring proper paperwork is completed for inventory tracking purposes.
• Pulling material from inventory, boxing that material for jobs, and labeling for mechanical assembly team to pick up daily.
• Accurate and effective communication with Purchasing Manager and Planner in a professional manner.
• Real-time data entry into spreadsheets and ERP system.
• Interfacing with delivery drivers and employees on daily basis.
• Consistently looks for ways to improve our products/processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Behavior Competencies:
Ideal candidate would be a team player, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications:
• Military veteran candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Knowledge of raw materials and parts is a plus, but not required.
• Having Forklift experience is a BIG plus!
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferred) or having transferable experience.
• High School Diploma/GED Required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, English (preferred).

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician: This is an 18-month training pathway that focuses on the upkeep and repair of industrial machinery within a manufacturing facility, performing tasks like preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdowns, and making necessary repairs to ensure production equipment operates efficiently and safely; the training offers a broad range of technical skills including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics to diagnose and fix issues with complex machinery.

? Quality Control Technician: This is an 18-month training pathway that leads to Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. You will become a Certified Manufacturing Associate; with skills in Calibration, Hole Standards, Thread Standards, ISO 9001, etc.

? Industrial Manufacturing Technician: a fast track, short term, 1-year registered apprenticeship program which focuses on the set-up, operation, monitoring, and production control equipment. You will learn general manufacturing processes & production, maintenance, quality practices, measurement, and safety measures.

? Production Technologist Associate: a fast track, short-term, 1-year registered apprenticeship program which focuses on basic manufacturing concepts for high demand, production and assembly roles.
