Shift: M-F, 7a-4 or 5pm – off shift as required per job.
Compensation: $65K-$85K

Are you a seasoned commercial plumbing professional looking for an opportunity to lead large-scale projects? We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to oversee plumbing operations from estimation to completion.

What You’ll Do:
Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
Perform construction estimating and cost control to optimize profitability.
Utilize software like Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project planning and documentation.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Monitor construction sites for safety compliance and quality control.
Oversee daily job site operations, order materials, and report to the Project Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in plumbing estimating and project management (flexible for the right candidate).
Experience handling Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects.
Strong cost estimation skills, including blueprint reading, bid evaluation, and proposal preparation.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and project specifications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless project execution.
