Position Details:
Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Remote w/ Heavy Travel
Shift: Normal Day Shift
Compensation: $67.6k Base, plus Uncapped Commission Plan (based on parts and service sold per month ; averages approx. $20k annually)

Position Description:
After a 2+ month training period, provide on-site service support to users of Company lifts nationwide and in Canada
Demonstrate a strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and travel as dictated by the job
Repair mobile column lifts on customer’s site (electrically and mechanically)
Perform Annual inspections of mobile column lifts and sign the certificate of inspection
Perform technical diagnostic by phone with customers
Complete paperwork for all jobs and complete expense reports for travel
Schedule your own flights, hotels and rental cars
Communicate by cell phone and email to customers and co-workers on a regular basis
Requirements:
Looking for candidates with strong skills in mechanical and electrical/electronic (up to 3-Phase, 480 VAC) maintenance and troubleshooting.
Candidates should have some experience with controls/PLCs.
Must have a valid USA drivers’ license and be able to rent a car and fly to all 50 states and Canada
Experience with lifts/hoists will be considered as a plus
Great customer relations, professionalism, and presentation skills
Good computer skills (MS Office, Skype, Drop Box, etc.)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication and a positive self-starter attitude
Strong attention to detail skills
Proven experience in parts and service sales; to be versed in other administrative positions will be a plus
Must have a valid passport to start, as you will travel to France for a few weeks for initial training
