Title: Senior Pump Service Technician
Location: Barrow, FL
Shift: Mon- Fri | 7:30am- 3pm (some OT as needed)
Compensation: $35-45/hr, depending on experience.
Benefits: Med/Den/ Vis/ 401k Match/ PTO, Sick time
Travel: Regional, within a couple hours of Barrow
Position Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pump Service Technician to join our team in Barrow, FL. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial pumps and rotating equipment at customer sites and in-house. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in pump & bearing repair, installation, and diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of centrifugal, positive displacement, and submersible pump systems.
• Proficient in welding, operating forklifts & cranes
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics & blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior technicians.
