• Title: Quality Control Lab Technician
• Location: Concord Township, PA
• Shift: 3rd Shift M-F (10 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Travel: None
• Compensation: $20.99 - $27.99/hr.
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation – Potential for Raises every 6 months based on performance
Position Description:
In the role you play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our production process! This dynamic position involves conducting critical lab tests, performing can seam checks, troubleshooting valve issues, and assisting with product changeovers to maintain peak efficiency. You'll be hands-on in batching syrup, accurately weighing and mixing ingredients, and operating our CIP system to uphold food safety standards. With responsibilities that span quality assurance, production coordination, and equipment maintenance, this role offers a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key. Requirements:
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• High school diploma required; BS/BA in a scientific field (Microbiology preferred) a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety protocols, and lab testing.
• Comfortable with hands-on work, standing for long periods, and occasional lifting of heavy materials.
