• Compensation: $100K-$120K+
• Shift: Monday-Friday standard day shift hours

HVAC Mechanical Engineer
As an HVAC Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in project success and customer satisfaction by designing and coordinating fully engineered HVAC solutions. You will leverage your mechanical expertise and project management capabilities to support sales efforts, ensure accurate system design, and provide ongoing technical support throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop fully engineered HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Perform site surveys to evaluate project requirements and determine effective design solutions.
• Design and develop mechanical systems, including heating and cooling load calculations.
• Present and review mechanical system design recommendations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers, field engineers, and installation teams.
• Support procurement efforts by coordinating with vendors and generating equipment specifications.
• Assist with reviewing project budgets, timelines, and technical performance.
• Help refine and implement engineering standards, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the MEP industry, with a focus on HVAC design and project execution.
• Proficiency in CAD and drafting software.
• Solid understanding of heating and cooling load calculations.
• Familiarity with HVAC design in healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
