Most companies will also provide you with a company car or car allowance along with a laptop, cell phone, internet, and an expense account or company credit card. Additionally, there are several intangible benefits within Field Service, including the ability to work independently, flexibility, the ability to network and getting the opportunity to meet a variety of people, as well as getting paid to travel and gain travel miles or rewards for personal use. You may also even have the ability to be based out of your home due to the extensive travel that most Field Service positions entail.
