• Title: Installation Field Service Technician
• Location: Charlotte, NC (reside within 50 miles)
• Shift: Monday - Friday
• Compensation: $28-33/hr + OT (on average 10 hours a week)

• Travel: Typically, 2-3 nights a week within the Southeast region. Expect to spend work 3 to 4 weekends a year.

Position Description:
As an Installation Field Service Technician you will be providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions, identifying opportunities and presenting customer with a range of options from equipment upgrades or replacements, to new value-added services. When not performing work at customer sites during normal work hours, you will work at the Charlotte offices.

• Inspection of hydraulic equipment to ensure proper installation and operation within expected parameters.
• Provide routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
• Basic component analysis and repairs to include pipefitting, assembly, repairing leaks, flushing, filtration, and start-up assistance.
• Complex mechanical system analysis and repair to include data acquisition, mechanical system tuning, secondary pump controls, project planning, and specification of component replacement.

Requirements:
• Great fit for Navy MMs, Aircraft Mechanics or any Military candidates with a mechanical background.
• Hiring manager is looking for candidates with a mechanical aptitude. Experience with hydraulics is a plus but not necessary.

Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Remote – Live near major East Coast and Midwest metro airports.
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM typically Monday-Friday
Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 + $4/hr when traveling, $780/yr phone, $100/yr luggage, per diem $75

Position Description: As a Field Service Technician at the company, you will perform the installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a complete range of world-class case packers, vertical robotic products, and palletizers. In this role, you will demonstrate excellent technical, customer service, and communication skills on the job. Provide service maintenance, troubleshooting, and training following established company procedures. As a Field Service Technician at the company, you will serve as the liaison between the customer and the company. Ensure the customer receives the final, up-to-date machine documentation. Demonstrate profound knowledge of the theory of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all equipment, operator interfaces, applied technologies, and sub-components in the manufacture of company’s equipment.
Requirements: The ideal candidates for the Field Service Engineer role should have 3+ years of experience in a field service capacity or as a plant maintenance technician. Strong electrical, mechanical, and programming background. Should know how to navigate PLC systems preferably Allen-Bradley. This includes robotics and PLC ladder logic. FANUC robotics experience preferred. Should live within 1 hour of a major airport. The company places a strong emphasis on candidates who have a personality customer focused and can seamlessly integrate into the role and contribute immediately. Should be able to troubleshoot 480v, and 24v circuits. Preparedness to discuss hands-on knowledge with specific examples is crucial, and the employer highly regards individuals with experience in the military. Location: Columbia, SC, remote home-based. Will go into shop once a week to re-tool for the service week.
Shift: Primarily Mon.-Fri. normal daytime hours; otherwise as needed/required for emergency service.
Compensation: $30-$42/hr. starting base rate based on skills and experience + O/T after 8 hours worked daily + bonus based on branch performance and company profitability + cumulative pay raises and incentives for progression through professional development skill grades & certifications + full relocation.

Travel: You will travel daily from your home and service equipment at customer sites in the field within the surrounding area, typically within 2-3 hours of your home. In this role you will be responsible for fixing equipment and systems and making repair recommendations to customers. You will work with other service technicians and associates as needed to ensure all scheduled work is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Service, repair, modify, diagnose, and rebuild standby power generators and fire pump drivers.
• Failure analysis, service, and repairs for customers.
• Service power generation equipment and systems.
• Check/ repair all supporting systems such as fuel, cooling, and electrical.
• Operation of load banks and recording of instrumentation.
• Keep current on product changes, specifications, and updates.
• Operate, drive, and maintain company service trucks and parts inventory for service work.

Requirements: Excellent, safe troubleshooting skills and experience on industrial systems & equipment.
• Must have hands-on experience servicing and fixing 200kW and above generators with ability to step directly into this role with no training required on these generator systems.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, transfer switches, and diesel engines.
• Computer and software skills including microsoft office suite.
• Tools for service work as a maintenance professional. Company offers a Tool Insurance program.

Position Details:
• Location: Louisville, KY or Remote (near a major airport)
• Travel Requirements: About 75%; you can realistically expect to be gone Sunday evening to Thursday evening 3x per month. You will be home most weekends, and when you are not traveling you will be performing technical support at the call center in Louisville.
• Vaccine not required.
• Compensation: $28.50/hr
In additional to your base rate, you will receive OT (paid at 1.5x base rate >40hrs. & 2x base rate >50hrs.
Profitability bonus (averages 6% of annual base salary each year) + daily peridium when traveling of $45/per day
Realistic 1st Year W-2 ~$65K - $75K
Realistic 2nd - 3rd Year W-2 ~ $85K - $100K+ (increased with OT as result of more travel after training). Most 2nd – 3rd Year Technicians make six-figures!

Position Descriptions: Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician with the company, you will be responsible for leading the start-up, commissioning, emergency service and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance service of equipment at customer locations. This is a very key front-line service role at the company, as you will be interacting with and directly serving customer equipment needs. You will travel to customer locations and provide the best customer equipment troubleshooting, repair, and training in operation and maintenance in the business. Every day you will communicate and coordinate information between the company and their customers to correct equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills.
You will provide the routine upkeep and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and correct any equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills as needed to ensure company equipment continually stays fully operational. When you are not traveling to customer locations, your responsibilities will include quality control of equipment prior to shipment and technical phone support for customers (from the company’s HQ in Louisville). Proficiency on company systems and performance will lead to increased responsibilities for Field Service Technician promotions after your Technician Development Program and throughout your career at the company.

Requirements: Candidates must be excellent technicians with a strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical aptitude with the ability to work on and troubleshoot maintenance equipment. Candidates will be self-starters and will be comfortable working with people while troubleshooting / problem-solving or while training customers how to use equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are of utmost importance. You must be able to read mechanical blueprints and electrical
schematics. While not required, it is preferred you have some experience with PLC logic development and troubleshooting; company offers a PLC training program if you are not well-versed here.
