Position Description: Field Service Technician
Provides technical services for CPI’s air pollution control equipment on-site and telephone support for customers. Travels to site, sets up, diagnosis and repairs equipment. Will also solicit service to existing customer base, under assistance by Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in mechanical field.

• Some working knowledge of PLC or the ability to gain PLC literacy.

As a whole, the department is on call approximately 75% of the time to cover public safety customers. Scope of primary responsibilities include: Maintenance and management of highly technical Company communications systems. Focus on maintaining optimal performance levels across an integrated system while taking a pro-active approach to address and mitigate system level alarms and malfunctions. Manages system availability through routine system maintenance, performance monitoring and System wide Preventative Maintenance within the virtual space. Candidates must be familiar with working on virtual machines (i.e., software configuration, routing networks, firewalls, security patching, etc.)
