Position Details:
Title: Senior Project Engineer
Location: Clinton, NC
Shift: 1st Shift; M-F (Weekend work/ support as needed)
Compensation: $100k-$120k + 15% Target Bonus + $5k Sign-on Bonus + Full Relocation provided

Position Description:
As part of our Engineering team, you would analyze data, draft implementation plans for production process optimization. Seeking out ways to maximize efficiencies by eliminating the waste of valuable resources that directly impact our overall operating costs. Applies theories and principles of science and mathematics to design and develop technical projects for the pork and packaged meat industry. Performs engineering assignments in medium to large complex projects leading a small team of engineers in leadership of the project. May also lead a team in an important portion of a more complex project under the direction of Project Manager or Sr Project Manager. Is fully capable of working independently and seeks advice in more complex situations.

Requirements:
Great opportunity for a military veteran with project management experience and CAD skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in engineering or engineering management. Knowledge of engineering principles and economics, and contract administration skills for facility management.

Position Details:

Title: Sales Executive
Territory: New York (territory will be the entire state). Ideally candidates will live near NYC.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5pm
Compensation: Base Salary $70k-80k + commission (10% commission on everything sold and 20% commission on anything over last year’s sales number)

Position Description:

This position is field based, and the incumbent will travel approximately 80% of the time within the territory. The device you will be selling is a pain management device indicated for post procedural pain providing a non-narcotic option for veterans experiencing chronic/acute pain.


Performs initial and follow-up sales calls on prospective and current clients.
Conducts product in-services to current clients as needed.
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the use, operation, and maintenance of system.
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of competitor products.
Develops sales plan according to the objectives of the company.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
Detail-oriented; flexibility and creativity.
Interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with all levels of staff.


Preferred Experience:

Military leadership experience
Familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to pain management (preferred not required)
Familiar with HIPAA requirements as they pertain to the DME field (preferred not required)
