Position Description: Field Engineer
The Field Engineer (FE) works directly for the Superintendent and is expected to proactively exercise judgment while aiding the Superintendent in front-line field management. You will be responsible for the majority of the layout of the project as well as lift drawings, safety, and quality control responsibilities.

Title: Leadership Development Program (LDP)

Location: Anywhere near 200 locations nationally initially. During the training period (first 52-54 weeks), you will rotate across typically 7 business locations, spaced out during the LDP program. Upon completion of the program, you will be permanently placed in a leadership position typically in one of the business units in which you did a rotation or one that best suits your development, growth, and company's business. Requirements:

Position Description: Area Superintendent
The Area Superintendent (AS) is responsible for establishing and achieving the project goals related to all areas of field management including schedule, budget, safety, quality, and the development of personnel. The AS will typically be assigned field engineers to assist them in the oversight of safety compliance, craft supervision and production, trade partner coordination, scheduling, material handling, daily reports, quality control and craft training. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Take responsibility for all quality control on the project and establish high-level standards both for the company and trade partners.
• Coordinate the punch list process to ensure owner acceptance at project turnover.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the owner, architect, engineer and trade partners to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service is delivered.
• Participate in the project coordination meetings to maintain pre-planning engagement and scheduling in the coordination activities. Assist the BIM and VDC engineers in driving issue resolution to keep the submittal process on schedule.



Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management as well as 5+ years of experience on large commercial construction projects.

Location: West Houston TX – Katy, Cypress, Hockley areas – report from home to local residential sites.
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Approvals Manager is responsible for conducting technical reviews of projects, including sampling results and facility approvals, to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal permits and regulations. The role involves project evaluation, permit management, compliance reviews, and safety inspections. This position is considered a working manager role with no authority for personnel actions but requires extensive knowledge and judgment to accomplish goals.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
• Review testing procedures, analysis, site history, and waste descriptions for contaminated soil considered for facility acceptance.
• Assist in the approval of new and ongoing projects, ensuring material meets acceptance criteria and maintaining permit-related records.

Position Description
As the Safety Manager, you will ensure that the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, including State and Federal applicable regulations are adhered to by the assigned project leadership personnel. Responsibilities will include:
• Provide or identify safety-related training and oversee adherence to construction safety norms.
• Perform Construction Site and Safety Audits, i.e., Project Site Safety Inspection.

Position Description: Technology Systems Senior Designers report to the Technology Department Manager and design and implement low voltage systems for various projects, including access control, video surveillance, audio/visual, and telecommunication systems. Current preference is for Healthcare design experience.

- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for low voltage systems using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and owners, to ensure projects meet their requirements
- Prepare program requirements and basis of design reports
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure low voltage systems are installed correctly and meet project timelines
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients
- Prepare structured cabling design documentation, including drawings and specifications

- Systems coordination, specification writing, Revit/drafting, field work, product research, and responding to client questions
- Manage resources in development of construction documents
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are installed correctly and meeting project requirements
- Prepare agendas, run design/coordination meeting and provide minutes
- Serve as technical resource for others throughout firm, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a technology consultant and designer for projects in an Architecture/Engineering consulting firm, ideally working on Healthcare projects – 5 years preferred
- Knowledge of various Technology systems design and implementation
- Thorough knowledge of telecommunications cabling and infrastructure design and implementation, including knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, IEEE, and TIA/EIA
- Working understanding of (prefer skilled in) standard project delivery models (Design Build, IPD, etc.)
- Must be proactive and have excellent time management skills and be capable of working independently, conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently under strict deadlines, interface effectively with management, handle multiple requests with commitment to quality and eye for detail
- Applied knowledge of digital media delivery technologies, audio visual, security systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection and television distribution
- Applied knowledge of nurse call, intercom, public address and overhead paging – design level preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Revit, Bluebeam and AutoCAD
- RCDD and PMP certifications preferred
- Design level knowledge of structured cabling, audio/visual systems and security systems preferred
