Position Description:

• Ensure the safe and effective remote operation of company’s managed portfolio, including ancillary and Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment as assigned, through the detection of alarms, changes in parameters, outages, anomalies, and abnormal conditions, to maintain stable and efficient operations.
• Identify basic abnormal operations for undocumented situations by using basic critical thinking and react appropriately to maintain safe and effective operation.
• Help supervise and lead a team of Distributed Generation Operators providing guidance and training on proper operating requirements, customer and utility interactions and emergency response.

Position Description: As Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for the direct supervision of work activities performed in the DUF6 conversion facility by operators and maintenance technicians. The specific work assignment may include duties or activities to support the organization in one or more of the following functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned: Prepares, assigns, and directs the supervision of day-to-day activities of plant personnel following organizational policies, procedures, plans, and plant orders. Keeps Facility Manager knowledgeable about plant conditions, especially off normal or emergency conditions. Implements immediate action to stop or mitigate abnormal operation of plant systems or components. Participates in the development of operating procedures and training materials to support the operational readiness review, testing, startup, and operation of the DUF6 conversion facility. Tours plant areas as necessary to assure the Operations Manager that the plant is being operated according to organizational policies, procedures, plans, and plant orders. Records/Documents plant proceedings as necessary to provide objective evidence to denote plant condition or performance. Coordinates plant activities between maintenance, operations, health physics, or other functions during equipment outages or off-normal conditions. Reviews periodically the qualification status of plant operations personnel to ensure only qualified personnel operate the plant. Prepares and distributes operations personnel shift schedules, rotations, and other personnel assignments

Requirements:
• 3+ years of nuclear experience
• Maintains the judgment and discretion to properly discern and safeguard highly sensitive information and documents, including company-proprietary information, and classified or otherwise sensitive national security information
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Title: Seasonal Field Engineer – Turbine Generator
Location: Any location near a major airport.
Compensation: First Year Compensation = $120k – 160k
plus, daily per diem (while traveling), plus All Travel Rewards (all hotel and flight rewards)

Base Payrate $90k – 100k (for 1560 hours)
Average OT $20k – 45k (Range 1560 – 2000 hrs annually, depending on how much you want to work)
Bonus Plan $10k – 15k average

Position Description:

Company Service Engineers travel to power plants across the U.S. and are responsible for the maintenance and upgrades to some of the largest and most powerful electrical generation machinery in the world including gas turbines, steam turbines and generators. Your responsibilities will include:

You will work directly with leading staff of field service engineers to develop skills that include equipment operation, maintenance, job site safety, project management, leadership, and company’s business systems
Once you complete training, as a Field Service Engineer, you'll be supervising technicians and mechanics working on turbine generator equipment during power plant maintenance shutdowns (outages), both planned and unplanned system outages which can occur due to equipment performance issues.
Your team will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling turbines and generators
You'll coordinate the upgrading of mechanical and electrical systems on turbine generators to increase power output and efficiency
You will collaborate with company worldwide engineering staff to perform niche mechanical and electrical testing
You will serve as the primary customer contact during outages and ensure repairs are made in a timely and accurate manner
While deployed, you will work extended working hours of up to 12-14 hours per day including weekends/holidays.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will have 4 months off a year (December, January, June, and July)

Requirements: Candidates must have strong backgrounds in industrial electrical maintenance (preferably with turbine generators) with good leadership. Candidates with college degrees are preferred. Candidates with good Project Management skills are preferred. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer facing skills, and a general desire for travel and field service.

• The ideal candidate is a industry experienced Veteran with a strong electro-mechanical skillset who understands how to troubleshoot and repair motors, servos, VFDs and is capable of troubleshooting PLCs and familiar with automation. They should also possess the ability to interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints and sketches. Lastly, should excel in a culturally diverse environment and be a team player who wants to expand their technical skillset.
