Position:
As a Controls Technician you will install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot the electronic and mechanical control systems used to regulate heating, ventilation, and HVAC systems in client facilities.
• Evaluate facilities for optimal performance on mechanical and controls systems.
• Provide creative and innovative solutions with associated financial impact for clients
• Ability to diagnose, service and repair of heating and air conditioning equipment for commercial, industrial, and medical facilities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment to include chiller, boiler, cooling tower, package unit and split system

Requirements:
• 3+ years of HVAC experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems
• Understanding of typical HVAC systems (Boilers, chillers, heat pump systems, air handlers, etc).
• Experience with Tridium, Carrier, Metasys, Trane and other controls systems is a plus

Electrical Sales Engineer
As an Electrical Sales Engineer in the newly created Electrical Division, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for electrical products and systems by leveraging your technical expertise to understand customers needs, present solutions and provide technical support ensuring products and services meet customer requirements while achieving sales targets.

• Aggressively develop electrical and related energy solutions for existing customer and new commercial, industrial and healthcare facilities
• Perform site lighting surveys, audits, utility rebates and project payback calculations (ROI) to meet the customer's energy saving goals.

Position Description:
In this position, you would be a key part of our expanding Field Service team, as the CAL Lighting expert at customer sites ensuring that their advanced lighting systems are commissioned properly and serviced post-installation. This role is an integral part of their customer-focused business model as customers are the foundation of their business. This position will work closely with the technical support phone representatives to provide service to on-site customers as well as providing technical expertise for customers. Specific responsibilities will include:
• Commissioning of installed lighting control systems at customer sites. This may include troubleshooting, proper installation verification, system programming and customer training.
• Assist in the gathering of data for project commissioning, including completed panel schedule paperwork and other documents pertinent to job commissioning.
• Prepares and submits documentation regarding site visitations to the Phone Support center in order for streamlined continued support of the customer site.
• Assist with training of additional field support representatives or lighting representatives.
• Act as a backup phone support representative when not commissioning projects in the field, answering incoming calls regarding questions on the lighting control product line including implementation of hardware and computer software in the field, programming of controllers, wiring of components and arrangement for replacement parts.
• Timely reporting and database maintenance from the site commissioning is required in order to ensure a fluid transition from Field Service to Technical phone support for the end user customer.
• Focus on lifecycle product service (troubleshooting, repair, training end-users, and upgrades)

Position Details:

Title: Field Service Technician

Location: York or Grand Island, NE

Shift: Primarily Mon.-Fri. normal daytime hours; otherwise as needed/required for emergency service. There is an on-call rotation, typically one evening on call, then rotation of on-call during weekends

Compensation: $25-$40/hr. based on skills and experience + O/T paid after 8 hours worked daily + 8 hours of regular pay for that weekend, regardless of work, and O/T pay for any service calls worked on that weekend) + 10% target profit sharing ($15K-$20K bonus payout this year!) + vehicle for all service travel & work + basic relocation. Position Description: Service Technicians service commercial refrigeration, chillers, some air conditioning, and other HVAC/climate-controlled systems and equipment at customer and client sites, which include grocery stores, convenience stores, retail outlets, schools, hospitals, etc. As the heart of the company, the Field Service Technician safely performs service, routine and emergency maintenance, installation, and repair at customer sites with world-class customer service. In this role you will be responsible for fixing commercial equipment and systems and making repair recommendations to customers. You will work with other service technicians and associates to ensure all scheduled work is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Service, repair, modify, diagnose, and rebuild primary, secondary, and standby equipment & systems.
Failure analysis, emergency field service, and repairs for customers.
Operate, drive, and maintain company service trucks and onboard parts inventory for service work.
Check/repair all primary, supporting, and standby systems for optimal, efficient, and safe operations.
Stay current/up to date on product changes, specifications, and updates for customer service.


Requirements: Candidates must have refrigeration or chillers maintenance experience in the military or industry, good general HVAC experience.

Universal EPA Certification or military equivalent required to handle refrigerants/gasses as needed.
Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of related systems.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Work in the field and in some cases at heights or in tough/dirty/weather-affected environments.
Basic tools for service work as a maintenance professional. They will provide specialty tools.
Current driver’s license, excellent driving record, and clean background.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Position Description:
Perform duties in the office and at field sites to start up or service all company equipment and to ensure that the product meets the project specifications and the expectations of the end user. This may include providing technical training on the unit, diagnosis of a problem, resolution of the problem, or identification of how (and who) to resolve it.

• Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed.
• Provide technical support to customer. Deliver services as sold to end users of company HVAC equipment including technical training in the safe and effective operation of the equipment.
• Keep current on all company products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. Keep abreast of changing technology in the
industry and attend training as necessary to achieve technical competency on all company product lines.
• Assist in the development of standard O&M manuals for all current and new
products, including troubleshooting guides. This includes assisting in the design or modification of test report forms for proper startup of equipment.
• Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools; follow blueprints or engineering specifications; inspect and maintain company tools and test equipment.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains Field Service Technicians to diagnose and resolve field service issues with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Electrical coursework or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Associate degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning is desirable.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License Experience: 1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Field Service Technician position, or similar work experience
