Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to achieve operational excellence. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
• Design and implement production layouts, workflows, and equipment to support operational requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Evaluate and improve production standards using time studies and process flow analysis.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Support new product introduction by designing processes and ensuring smooth integration into production.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards.
• Manage engineering changes and ensure accurate documentation updates.
• Work with suppliers to specify and procure equipment and materials.
• Prepare reports and metrics to track process performance and improvements.
• Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Work in accordance with company’s code of ethics.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required based on project needs. Approximately 3 times per year.

Confidentiality:
Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary company data and processes.

Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Education and Skills Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred. In lieu of a degree, 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S.
• Experience with production equipment and tools, such as presses, robotics, and/or welding.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of quality systems, including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Position Details:

Title: Energy Systems Field Specialist

Locations: Fremont, CA / Santa Rosa, CA / Petaluma, CA / or nearby San Francisco Bay Area towns

Shift or Travel: Day shift, Monday – Friday

Compensation: $38 -$45/hour + OT opportunities

Position Description: Energy Systems Field Specialist

As an Energy Systems Field Specialist, you will be performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of computerized building automation systems. Providing analysis of building control and HVAC system performance. Performing DDC controls troubleshooting and optimization of systems and ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and timely. Performing software only and software/hardware upgrades to building automation systems.



Work is based on company's proposal, project plans, specifications, engineering drawings, sequences of operations and other contract documents along with existing site conditions. Ensuring daily documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.



Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate is a military veteran with HVAC and/or mechanical systems knowledge. You should also have experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits.



Additional qualifications include:

Computer programming experience
Mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting experience
Valid CA drivers' license with a clean driving record.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of HVAC experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems
• Understanding of typical HVAC systems (Boilers, chillers, heat pump systems, air handlers, etc).
• Experience with Tridium, Carrier, Metasys, Trane and other controls systems is a plus

Electrical Sales Engineer
As an Electrical Sales Engineer in the newly created Electrical Division, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for electrical products and systems by leveraging your technical expertise to understand customers needs, present solutions and provide technical support ensuring products and services meet customer requirements while achieving sales targets.

• Aggressively develop electrical and related energy solutions for existing customer and new commercial, industrial and healthcare facilities

Position Summary:
This position requires a qualified, hands-on, service-oriented technician to be involved with automatic transfer switch startups, modifications, warranty and emergency calls. Applicant should show desire to learn and advance to the Field Service Engineer level.

We are looking for a Regional Field Service Engineer in the Northeast, USA

Key Responsibilities:
? Qualified to work independently on ATS preventative maintenance, startup and basic troubleshooting
? Fundamental understanding of communications protocols such as modbus, TCPIP and capable verifying communication links to Russelectric equipment
? Capable of writing method of procedures (MOPs) documentation related to ATS mods and start-ups to submit to customers in preparation of work
? Provide professional and timely field reports to customer, manager and other internal partners
? Track time entry and expenses accurately, consistently and timely
? Capable of assisting with installation of 480VAC/12.47KVAC, switchgear, ATS, circuit breakers and generator system controls.
? Providing technical support for field startups (standard & non-standard systems), warranty efforts, remedial repairs and preventative maintenance contracts
? Supervising and ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines and laws.
? Applicant must carry a cell phone and be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
? Focus on work related to automatic transfer switches
? Provide technical support of field startups (standard and non-standard systems), warranty efforts, remedial repairs, and preventative maintenance contracts

Location: Fayette County, Ohio
Shift: Day Shift
Compensation: $34-38hr

Position Description:
Perform duties in the office and at field sites to start up or service all company equipment and to ensure that the product meets the project specifications and the expectations of the end user. This may include providing technical training on the unit, diagnosis of a problem, resolution of the problem, or identification of how (and who) to resolve it.

• Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed.
• Provide technical support to customer. Deliver services as sold to end users of company HVAC equipment including technical training in the safe and effective operation of the equipment.
• Keep current on all company products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. Keep abreast of changing technology in the
industry and attend training as necessary to achieve technical competency on all company product lines.
• Assist in the development of standard O&M manuals for all current and new
products, including troubleshooting guides. This includes assisting in the design or modification of test report forms for proper startup of equipment.
• Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools; follow blueprints or engineering specifications; inspect and maintain company tools and test equipment.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains Field Service Technicians to diagnose and resolve field service issues with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Electrical coursework or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Associate degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning is desirable.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License Experience: 1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Field Service Technician position, or similar work experience
