As a Field Service Engineer, you will service equipment used to treat Cancer patients. Responsibilities:

Perform supervised calibrations and preventative maintenance on their designated modality.
Work safely in confined areas, including high current/ high voltages modulators (20- 50 kV, 1500A), and use peripheral vision to gauge distances. The confined areas have potential hand/arm ‘traps.’ Depth perception is critical.
Work safely on company’s full range of products including medical devices producing high-energy ionizing radiation.
Read, analyze, interpret, and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Submit timely and accurately; service reports, timesheets, expense reports, film badges and other paperwork as assigned.
Parts inventory management.
Provide product feedback to home office.

Position Description:

Position Description:
The position requires the individual to supervise all shift production activities and ensure that processes are performed according to standard operating procedures. This position will supervise production and pilot lines and coordinate the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment. There will be roughly 15 direct reports.
• Select, manage, train, and develop staff. Establish objectives and assignments and provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans.
• Interacts with production, quality control, and process engineering departments to coordinate and resolve production related issues
• Prepares production reports and reviews log history reports
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• High performing Supervisors will promote to Production Manager

Requirements:
• Military leadership experience (will consider anyone E-5 and above with at least a Bachelors)!
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to effectively interface and supervise product builders from a wide variety of disciplines, cultures and backgrounds

• Proven track record of leadership, initiative and sound decision making

Title: Medical Sales Rep
Location: Remote, home-based role within 20 minutes of downtown Kansas City.
Shift: Standard daytime business hours Monday – Friday
Compensation: $80K starting base salary. Your commission rate is consistent for both new or existing accounts, and you will always receive your base salary. At plan you will earn $45K in variable commission. Above plan is 10% on the dollar, uncapped. If plan is attained, the comp for year two at plan goes to $140K, and upon Senior Rep status (hitting plan twice), the target income at plan is $155K. After two full years in the territory, Long Term Incentive is available for two years of sales / two years of plan. Annual opportunity is $35K. Top performing Senior Reps are earning $190K-$210K.
Travel: Territory includes Western part of MO and the entire state of KS. Overnights ~3-6 per month.
