Position Details:
Title: Service Technician

Shift: M-F flexible on which hours you work, Typical O/T ranges from 2-10 hrs per week.

Shift: Mon-Friday 1st shift, a standard work schedule will be set, although some jobs may require an earlier/later start or night scheduled work

Position Description:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for training, quality control, in addition to trouble shooting and support while delivering an outstanding level of service and support essential to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. You will work under the supervision of the Field Services Manager and guidance of Field Services Engineer installing, servicing and troubleshooting the Company's Cart Containment and other Systems.
You will perform Preventive Maintenance of the Company’s Cart Containment and other Systems, complete any service and repair work orders, primarily within your assigned areas as they arise. You must be able to travel up to 70% of the week, mostly driving, including overnights and have the ability to work extremely flexible hours and weekends to complete installation, service and maintenance of the Company’s systems. You will also be asked to assist in the training of Field Services Technicians, ASP and Contractors.
