Position Details: Machine Refinishing Technician (Industrial Painter)
• Location: Cincinnati, OH (Westchester)
• Shift: Monday – Friday 6 AM – 2:30 PM
• Compensation: $25/hr. based on skills and experience, +OT
• First Year W2 ~ $60k+, based on projects and overtime

Position Description:
The Machine Refinishing Technician will be responsible for the disassembly, preparation (welding, body work, sanding, etc.) and application of paint to equipment to meet or exceed quality standards; knowledge of proper paint mixing techniques, setup, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements:
• Experience properly mixing paint/chemicals
• Proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage of equipment and materials utilized
• Electrical and Mechanical Ability – working with hand/power tools, multi-meters, general electrical or mechanical applications to trouble shoot and resolve issues, basic wiring skills and techniques
• Ability to read Basic Electrical Schematic and Engineered Drawings
• Follow proper OSHA and safety standards (wear of respirator for work)
• Strong initiative and self-drive, motivation, and interpersonal skills

Position Details: Configuration/Process Technician
• Location: Cincinnati, OH (Westchester)
• Shift: 1 x 2nd Shift (2P-10:30P), 2 x 3rd Shift (10P-6:30A)
• Compensation: $25/hr. based on skills and experience, +OT
• First Year W2 ~ $60k+, based on projects and overtime
• Shift Differential Pay: +$3.50/hr. for 2nd Shift; +$2.50/hr. for 3rd Shift

The primary responsibilities of Configuration/Process Service Technicians include, but are not limited to the set-up, calibration, adjustment, cleaning, and monitoring of proprietary equipment, in conformance with company standards and quality specifications for the high-speed production and manufacturing of plastic film and paper products.

• High speed manufacturing industry/CNC/product experience (2 years +) or training/degree

• Shift: A/B 12-Hour Day Shift (7A-7P)
• Compensation: $27-35/hr. based on skills and experience, 8 hours OT built in every 2 weeks
• First Year W2 ~ $65k-$84k+, based on projects and overtime

Position Description:
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are to perform regular preventive maintenance on all production equipment. On – call support for all emergency repairs essential for continued production, minimizing downtime to the greatest extent possible.

Requirements:
• Prior experience performing maintenance in a high speed manufacturing industry (2 years +) or training/degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, along with hydraulics and pneumatics
