Position Description:
The Power Plant Technician is responsible for performing operations functions, preventive and corrective to ensure proper functioning of plant equipment. Candidates must be proficient in maintaining equipment at the plant while also troubleshooting assisting in the resolution of problems discovered on shift. Expected to perform daily maintenance, overhauls, calibration, troubleshooting, repair/replacement and removal/installation of plant equipment and systems. Conduct excitation system inspections and preventive maintenance. Candidates should be proficient in operating material handling equipment, able to develop and implement plant operating procedures and understands the relationship of equipment within the plant. Position Description:
The Control Room Operator is essentially responsible for the overall operations to include operating, monitoring, and controlling the status of all power plant systems from the Control Room. Position Description:
This program is the entry point to the company’s world-class field service organization. Their Field Service Engineers travel to power plants across the U.S. and are responsible for the maintenance and upgrades to some of the largest and most powerful electrical generation machinery in the world including gas turbines, steam turbines and generators.

Your Responsibilities
During your first 12 months, you will complete classroom and lab training in Orlando and participate in on-the-job training with experienced engineers, working at multiple customer sites across the US.
You will work directly with leading staff of field service engineers to develop skills that include equipment operation, maintenance, job site safety, project management, leadership, and the company’s business systems
Once you complete training, as a Field Service Engineer, you'll be supervising technicians and mechanics working on turbine generator equipment during power plant maintenance shutdowns (outages), both planned and unplanned system outages which can occur due to equipment performance issues.

You'll coordinate the upgrading of mechanical and electrical systems on turbine generators to increase power output and efficiency

The Field Service UPS Technician will be responsible for working on their customer’s OEM Manufacturer’s Systems (Vertiv, Schneider, Eaton, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, ect.). Position Description:
Responsible for day-to-day preventative maintenance and repair of the instrumentation and controls at the Phoenix Plant. The main goal is to ensure that the plants are operated in accordance with the priorities of Safety, Reliability, and Efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, configure, repair, calibrate, and install mechanical, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic control components and instrumentation.
