Position Responsibilities:
• Inspect all facets of the boat manufacturing process, ensuring defects are identified and corrected before moving to the next stage.
• Conduct tests and inspections on raw materials using designated test labs and equipment.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with internal quality policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and document measurable quality standards for acceptance.
• Maintain safety and reliability at the boat dock and fueling station.
• Provide coaching on quality standards and best practices in boat building
• Ensure accurate data input into the AIMSCO quality system and maintain inspection records.
• Track Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) and apply them to the appropriate hull identification numbers (HINs).
• Support administrative tasks related to production and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Position Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will become a part of a team that is building the finest boats in the industry that are known around the world! You will be responsible for performing basic types of building maintenance and repair that is generated from the Facilities Services work order system. Most work will be related to the installation, repair and maintenance of equipment at the facility. Our client is willing to train!
Position Responsibilities:
• Conduct installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment at the facility including but not limited to air conditioning filter change, air compressor, power tool repairs and maintenance, jet dust and northern air dust collectors.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities on buildings, tools, and equipment
• Conduct basic electrical/electronic work when necessary
• Change light bulbs
• Extension cord repairs
• Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers
• Inspection of eyewash stations
• Change air and water filters
• Operate forklift (after receiving certification) and pallet jack to move dollies
• Responsible for creating and maintaining safe work environment
• Assist in other areas when asked and have a positive attitude!
Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Position Summary: A Quality Assurance (QA) Technician ensures that JSI's products and services meet industry, government, and corporate standards. A QA Technician will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process. Position Responsibilities:
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

Position Summary: As a Welder at JE Technologies Solutions, you will be responsible for joining metal parts together, repair metal structures, and fill holes in metal constructions using intense heating. The Welder is expected to hold themselves to a standard in which safety and quality are the top priority.


Position Responsibilities:
• Fabrication of various metal parts via AWS welding techniques.
• Weld various types of metal including (Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless Steel) on large platforms, and other structures.
• Accurately examine and measure work pieces for defects etc.
• Measure work pieces to ensure correct specifications.
• Create jigs and clamping fixtures, as required, to ensure conformance to the drawings.
• Notify managers of any defective or faulty equipment or material.
• Notify managers of opportunities for improvement in designs, parts, materials, or processes.

• Fabricate work pieces IAW engineering designs.

Position Details

Title: Telecommunications Installer DC (Level III)

Location: Manchester, NH; Syracuse, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX.

Shift: Dayshift

Compensation: $30-35/hr, with total compensation reaching up to $85k in the first year

Position Description:

The Service Technician DC Level III is responsible for managing both the installation and removal of wiring and connections on DC power equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of these critical systems. The role involves maintaining weekly tool inventory, preparing and submitting the MOP (Method of Procedure) and JIM (Job Information Memorandum), and handling crew timesheets, safety protocol adherence, and jobsite upkeep.



Lead small to medium-sized service projects from start to finish
Ensure timely, high-quality completion of installation projects
Oversee inventory and staging of equipment and materials
Submit weekly status reports to supervisor
Interpret and follow technical specifications and drawings
Perform addition or removal of DC power systems, batteries, and common systems hardware
Support installation and commissioning for wireless, datacenter, and electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and regulatory standards


Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
AC/DC Electrical Experience
At least two years’ experience in cable pulling/sewing, cable racking construction, and bay mounting
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Shift: M-F 6:30AM-3PM – Avg 5hrs of O/T

Position Description: As the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment within a facility, including wheeled vehicles, preventative maintenance checks, troubleshooting breakdowns, identifying worn parts, and performing necessary repairs using hand and power tools, while adhering to safety regulations; essentially ensuring the smooth operation of machinery by proactively addressing potential issues.
