• Complete the RMSM training program to become skilled in all three of the crafts mentioned above
• Troubleshoot, repair, dismantle, assemble, and install a variety of equipment throughout the mill
• Work with Electric Shop, Combustion Lab and Electronic Shop equipment and tools, mobile equipment of every kind, controls, switches, valves, ovens, furnaces, machinery, cranes, prints and drawings
• Observe lockout procedures
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly
• Perform routine maintenance and assist Maintenance personnel

• The Ramsay test will be given during the interview process to determine strengths and a training plan.
• Must have completed or have the military equivalence of a craft apprenticeship in one of the following three crafts: Combustion-Instrumentation Technician, Electronic Repairman, and Electrical Inspector (Maintenance Electrician)
