Position: Military Base Recruiter (Navy)
In this role you are responsible for the execution of recruiting initiatives, programs, and partnerships that drive talent attraction strategies within a specific military market or installation. You will work in partnership with Internal Program Managers, Marketing, and Leadership to drive military and adjacent candidate talent pools that help meet targeted headcount requirements.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is passionate about assisting military veterans early in their career transition process. Someone who will enjoy working with installation and unit commanders to educate and consult on HireSkills.
Job Responsibilities:
? Drive outreach and engagement activities to support Workforce Partners Future Ready Veterans military internship strategy.
? Develop excellent relationships with external partners, military bases, and transition/veteran centers on
military installations to promote Orion Talent’s HireSkills brand and find unique ways to attract candidates.
? Assess talent markets while developing and executing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives.
? Market Skill bridge programs with transition services for each Military Branch.
? Build candidate pipelines and develop local networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using a
variety of sources, including direct sourcing utilizing social media and network contacts, internet postings, database searches and community outreach initiatives to create diverse candidate pools.
? Build long-term, value-added relationships with passive and active prospects, including managing candidate communities, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected.
? In partnership with Field Recruiting Teams, oversee and drive participation in national military events and recruiting conferences.

Qualifications:
? Experience with recruiting or training veterans and engaging with various military programs, partnerships, platforms, and leadership, including sourcing and assessing diverse, high demand candidates
? Ability to utilize creative sourcing techniques, including network organizations, social media, and referrals
? Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, tasks, and meet deadlines
? Ability to make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems
? Ability to prioritize and effectively organize
? Ability to analyze and interpret data
? Ability to effectively present information to management
