Position Description:

Position Description: The Industrial Journeymen Electrician reports to the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for all plant Electrical Maintenance, but is heavily focused on and responsible for troubleshooting, and electrical automation. Because this role really varies day-to-day on the types of equipment you may be working on that day, the Industrial Journeymen Electrician must be able to troubleshoot, fix, repair, and maintain a lot of equipment across the board, whether mechanical or electrical. In general, the Industrial Journeymen Electrician primarily troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs all production systems and equipment, performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and installations on all equipment and systems in the plant to ensure smooth operation, production, & safe working conditions.

Position Description:
The Assembler is tasked with the rework and rebuild spindles, often without prints. This position will use precision assembly techniques to restore the spindle to like new levels of quality and performance. This is a demanding job that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, a knowledge of machine tools, constant attention to detail and the ability to perform very precise assembly work to ultra-close tolerances. The knowledge and use of computers and software is essential.

Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a high school diploma or GED with a working knowledge of algebra, geometry and trigonometry. Three or more years of experience in complex machine building or repair or similar work such as automotive engine/ transmission repair work, experience in electronics, programmable controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics are desirable. Position Description:
The Production Coordinator assists in the manufacturing and production schedules for individual departments and operations. They check actual vs. planned production schedules and align purchasing and inventory management responsibilities in coordination of production schedule. They alter purchasing responsibilities to compensate for increases in production or changes in production schedule with a focus on adhering to customer timelines. The PC will solicit quotes and information regarding needed components, equipment, and services from reputable, qualified suppliers and monitor and maintain acceptable levels of inventory on purchased items within the position’s scope of responsibility. This position is ideally suited for a technician with a solid understanding of fluid theory, pumps, and valves along with a good general electrical knowledge. In this role, you should be comfortable spending up to several hours daily windshield time. You should have proficiency at creating reports using Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills; able to lead presentations and meetings by explaining key concepts concisely. To be successful, you will need to build and maintain customer trust while keeping a business-oriented mindset and professional attitude. While you will generally work Monday – Friday day shift, you must be available in flexible hours as needed for customer support or on-call situations. As you will be issued a company vehicle, you must possess a current valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

• Inspect all facets of the boat manufacturing process, ensuring defects are identified and corrected before moving to the next stage.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with internal quality policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and document measurable quality standards for acceptance.

Position Responsibilities:
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
