Location: Central North Territory (Kansas, Nebraska, USA)
Remote Role: This is a remote position.
Compensation: $95,000 base salary plus a 25–30% annual bonus based on performance

Position Description:
The company is a global leader in bearing manufacturing for the automotive and industrial markets, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their Sales Department. This position will cover the Central North Territory, including Kansas and Nebraska, supporting a diverse customer base. You will play a vital role in developing relationships with key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring the company remains the preferred supplier. You will work closely with customers to identify technical needs, foster ongoing projects, and achieve business targets while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major accounts within the assigned territory.
• Secure new customer bearing specifications, positioning company as the preferred supplier.
• Drive development projects that result in profitable growth and new opportunities.
• Analyze business drivers and accurately forecast order levels.
• Consistently meet or exceed target business plans.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally, using in-person meetings and video collaboration tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large programs and projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with a strong desire to contribute quickly.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently from a home office.
• Flexibility to travel up to 5 nights per month.
